Dear friends,

We cordially invite you to participate in the National Census of Population and Housing, which begins on April 1, 2021. This is a unique survey because, covers all people living in Poland, regardless of their origin or status. Only on its basis it is possible to define the national, ethnic and religious diversity of the country. The opportunity to count this for Poland happens once in 10 years. Everyone counts, because public institutions need knowledge to plan and carry out their activities supporting religious diasporas, ethnic and national minorities and foreigners living in Poland.

Pursuant to Polish law, each person residing in the territory of Poland is obliged to participate in the National Census of Population and Housing.

The basic way to participate in the survey is to fill in the form on the website This can be done on a computer, phone or other mobile device. Persons who will not be able to register themselves via the Internet will be listed by phone or directly by a census taker. You can also call the census hotline at 22 279 99 99 and make a report by phone.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SURVEY IS COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS AND SAFE FOR EVERY PERSON LIVING AND STAYING IN POLAND. The absolute confidentiality of data is guaranteed by statistical disclosure, the breach of which is punishable by imprisonment of up to 3 years.
