The purpose of this study is to compare the capacity and occupancy of tourists accommodation establishments functioning on the neighbouring border areas of Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine.
The publication presents the following information:
- on the Polish side: on Lubelskie, Podkarpackie, Małopolskie and Śląskie voivodships,
- on the Slovakian side: on Central and Eastern Slovakia,
- on the Ukrainian side: on L’viv, Volyn and Zakarpattia regions as well as Ivano-Frankivsk region, which is not located directly by the Polish border, but the shortest distance separating it from this border is less than 50 km.
